RETURNS POLICY

You have 15 days from when you received your order to have your item(s) sent back to us for a refund.

• All products will have a ‘Returns Tag’, a designer swing ticket, and a Heba El Enezi Tailoring Company swing ticket attached to them. Some items may also include ‘Garment Protection Items.’

• Please ensure that when trying on the products, or if the products are a gift for someone else, that you or the recipient does not remove the Garment Protection Items.

• Products returned will not be accepted for a refund if any of the Garment Protection Items are removed or have been tampered with.

• Products must be returned in perfect condition:

  • Unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused (except for trying on).
  • With all the original packaging, including hangers and garment covers.

• All protective materials included with the garment must be re-applied. Any embellishments must be covered in soft material to prevent damage during return shipping. Embellishments must also be similarly protected if the garment is being returned.

• It is your responsibility to check that the product is as described before removing the Garment Protection Items.

• If you return the product in accordance with our returns policy within 15 days of delivery, you will be entitled to a full refund.

• We cannot accept products returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed or if the damage is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse. We will determine at our sole discretion whether the damage is due to normal wear and tear or another reason.

• We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the products are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

• Please note that we can only collect returns from the same country to which your order was delivered.

• Within 25 business days of receiving the returned product, if it complies with our returns policy, you will receive a refund for the purchase price of the product (excluding any deductions, such as delivery charges or reductions in value due to mishandling). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• We refund the cost of the goods only; any taxes or duties will not be refunded.

EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

Heba El Enezi Tailoring Company will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in the performance of, any of our obligations under a contract caused by any act or event beyond our reasonable control (“Event Outside Our Control”).

This includes, without limitation:

  • Strikes or industrial action
  • Civil commotion, riot, invasion, or terrorist attack (or the threat of such an attack)
  • War (whether declared or not) or preparation for war
  • Fire, explosion, storm, flood, or other natural disasters
  • International shipping delays caused by customs clearance processes
  • Failure of private or public telecommunications networks
  • Delays or cancellations related to railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport, or other forms of public or private transport

If an Event Outside Our Control occurs that affects the performance of our obligations under a contract, we will:

  1. Contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you.
  2. Suspend our obligations under the contract, with the time for performance extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control.

Where the Event Outside Our Control affects our delivery of products to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you once the event is resolved.
